Beata Kozaczyńska - Instytut Pileckiego
Beata Kozaczyńska, doctor of humanities, assistant professor at the Institute of History of the Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities. Her research focuses on the resettlement of Poles in the Zamość region in the years 1941–1943; she has also carried out projects involving research (including at the National Science Center in Kraków), publishing and education. She is the author of publications such as Losy dzieci z Zamojszczyzny wysiedlonych do powiatu siedleckiego w latach 1943–1945 (Siedlce 2006); Ocalone z transportów Dzieci Zamojszczyzny. Losy dzieci wysiedlonych z Zamojszczyzny do dystryktu warszawskiego 1942–1945 (Siedlce 2011, translated into English as Saved From the Transports: the Children of Zamojszczyzna Region. The Fate of the Polish Children Expelled From Zamojszczyzna Region to the Warsaw District in 1942–1945); Nie było kiedy płakać. Losy rodzin polskich wysiedlonych z Zamojszczyzny 1942–1943 (introduction, selection of texts and study, vol. Holder of a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2007, 2011).
