All participants who have been notified of their acceptance will be asked to register by 15 July 2024. Participants who are unable to register by 15 July are asked to please contact the organizers promptly. Those who remain unaccounted for will have to be removed from the final program. Non-participating guests are asked to register by 1 October 2024.
