Lemkin - Instytut Pileckiego
Seminars and conferences
The crux of the project is research conducted by the team members, supplemented with discussions among an international group of experts.
Regular meetings – in the form of annual academic conferences, as well as numerous seminars and debates – are devoted to a discussion on the new paradigms of sovereignty, human rights, and the international legal order after the catastrophe of the Second World War. Participants in those events include not only team members, but also various experts from Poland and abroad. The topics revolve around both individual research projects and issues of interest for specialists from several continents.
Most of the events are open to the public at the seat of the Pilecki Institute, but they are also available remotely via video conference.
