The language of the conference is English.
This is an in-person conference, however opportunities for online participation will be available for participants unable to travel due to military hostilities and other extenuating circumstances.
Panel sessions will be 90 minutes long, with 3 papers of 20 minutes each or 4 papers of 15 minutes. There should be 30 minutes reserved for discussion and questions from the audience for each session.
Each panel must have a moderator. If you are submitting a proposal for a full panel (which we highly recommend), please include a moderator in your submission. The conference organizers will arrange sessions with moderators for single papers accepted for the conference, and all participants in such a session will be put in touch with each other and with their moderator well in advance of the conference.
Participants may only present one paper; however they may serve as a moderator in one other panel session as well if they wish.
Sessions must include panelists from at least two different institutions.
Graduate student participants should be at the research-stage in their programmes. All panels must include at least one member who holds a doctoral degree.
A full text of your paper must be submitted by 15 September 2024. All papers will be made available to conference participants at this time in order to encourage productive discussion.
We are also planning to publish a post-conference publication with the consent of participating authors: having preliminary drafts in hand will make this process much easier. We will post and email information on where to send full texts well before the deadline.
