Poland, September 1939: prelude to disaster
An analysis of the significance of the German and Soviet campaigns against Poland in 1939 as the prelude to the ideologically driven warfare that followed in World War Two.
Roger Moorhouse will look at the German and Soviet campaigns against Poland in 1939, and examine the extent to which the atrocities committed were ideologically driven.
The online seminar in the form of a webinar will be held in English on zoom.us, with simultaneous translation into Polish available.
