Author of numerous publications, including monographs: Human and Non-Human Targets in Armed Conflicts, CUP 2022; Criminal Responsibility for the Crime of Aggression, Routledge 2013; Member of the board of the European Society of International Law and President of the Network on Humanitarian Action; expert of the OSCE Human Dimension (Moscow) Mechanism; member of the Advisory Body to Polish MFA on international law; she represented Poland in proceedings before the International Court of Justice.
